    We are committed to providing you with the best possible care.  In order to achieve these goals, we need your assistance and your understanding of our payment policy.    Payment for services is due at the time services are rendered.  We accept cash, checks and debit, Discover, American Express (Care Credit minimum $1000).     

    Returned checks are subject to a $30.00 fee.  Balances older than 30 days are be subject to additional collection fees and interest charges of 1 ½ % per month.  A $50.00 charge will be assessed for broken appointments and appointments cancelled without 24-business hours advance notice.

    "Early Birds"  We can accommodate you!  7:00 am appointments are available by special request and require a non-refundable $50.00 reservation deposit.  If you are unable to keep your "Early Bird" appointment we ask for a 72 hour notice and we will gladly apply your $50 deposit to your next scheduled appointment.  If you do not give adequate cancellation notice, your deposit will be applied as a missed appointment service charge.
